A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. Enjoy a drink in the enclosed courtyard, whilst the stream runs beneath you, or have dinner in the private conservatory dining room, followed by a bath in the roll top bath. Free wifi and a 42" LED Smart TV. The bedroom is located up a short set of steep stairs.

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall & West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our 1/4 acre garden. There is private parking for 6 cars, with an EV charge point, a huge decked area and a large, secure garden.

Self contained studio near centre of Saltash

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
