This cozy studio located in the basement features a semi-private bedroom (curtain), an additional den/ bedroom, full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen (no stove). Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit with free firewood, abundant wildlife, and a 200m trail leading directly to the river. Perfect for nature lovers 🐾 Pets are welcome! Welcome to Meadow Mead Cottage, a tiny house on the edge of our homestead! Meadow Mead is located 1 KM from downtown Sackville yet feels like you're a million miles away. The cottage features a loft with a queen memory foam mattress, a fully stocked kitchenette and a separate composting toilet and hot outdoor shower. The cabin is dry but has refillable water for sinks and is fully electrified. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh, wood point and Fort Béausajour from the large cedar deck.
