Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in a subdivision that is a short distance from I-220. Near restaurants and shopping, but with a back patio area that makes you feel like you’re staying in a rural area on a series of ponds. The home has a backup generator so you never have to worry about power going out during your stay. One of the bedrooms was converted into an office/work space, but also has a couch for a child or teen that needs a place to sleep. No parties!

House is 3000 sq ft remodeled. Downstairs master suite. 3 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and playroom/office that has a queen sleeper sofa can sleep additional 2 people. Master has queen bed. Upstairs has a king, 3 full beds, and sleeper queen. Get the real Louisiana feel with cypress trees and lake cove views unmatched.

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Centrally located to all attractions in Bossier and Shreveport. I love to meet new people from diverse backgrounds.
