The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everythink you might need for your stay. The apartment is located on a farm 7 km from Borgarnes and 80 km from Reykjavik. The farm is 1 km from road nr 1. The view from the apartment and the surrounding area is very beutyfull. We have horses, chickens and dogs on the farm. The horses are very friendly and love attention. This is a very good spot to view the northern lights from late august-april if the sky is clear we can usually see them.

Björk is a former farm growing produce in greenhouses. We still have a couple of working greenhouses. The area, Kleppjárnsreykir is known for vegetable production such as tomatos, cucumbers, salads and strawberries. Although due to lack of sunlight in the darkest winter months there is little production from November til March. The area is very central to West Iceland exploration and many sights of interest in Borgarfjördur.

The cabin includes essential furnishings such as towels, fresh linens, a wardrobe, and a desk with chairs, and is soundproofed for a quiet stay. It features a private bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and basic toiletries for added comfort.
