Dig your own clams for supper (pail / shovels provided). This property is situated on the beautiful south shore of PEI, overlooking the Northumberland Strait. This adorable home is centrally located between Summerside and Charlottetown. You may even see a cruise ship go by on it's way to and from the City of Charlottetown.

There is a private walking trail to Demoiselle Creek. We are situated on a quiet country road just 10 minutes from the world famous Hopewell Rocks, 35 minutes from Fundy National Park and the City of Moncton. The nearby village of Hillsborough with Cafes, Restaurants, bakery and a grocery store is just a short 10 minute drive.

Waterfront 2 bed, 2 bath located in Chelton. Less than 5 mins to Chelton Beach Provincial Park, 10 mins to Borden, 20 mins to Summerside and 35 mins to Charlottetown. Beautiful views of Confederation Bridge. Main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite and second bedroom has a queen bed. Cottage built in 2019. The cottage comes with A/C, wifi, Prime, Disney, bbq, linens, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. No water access at the property. Public beach is 3 min walk.
