This special and quiet place that is close to everything. Where you can sit on our deck to enjoy nature, beautiful river views, and to hear water flowing while barges pass by. There is a boating dock on property available not too far from sugar bay boating ramp. Feel free to enjoy our fire pit as well as fishing and swimming off our dock. It’s a kitchen/living room combo with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. It is relaxing place where you turn off your phones and just unwind.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! (The pool is now closed!)

This is a duplex home, which I just moved out of and I’m turned it into a Second Airbnb. There is a Airbnb on the second floor, which is totally separate from the first floor. You will share the main entrance door with the Airbnb on the second floor. I’m still adding details. If you don’t have a picture on your profile, you will need to send it upon request. Just for safety. There is a camera in the hallway upon entering the front door.
