We are just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Come and enjoy the sunsets from our private balcony. Amenities such as shared pools and private balcony are all open and available for use to relax & unwind while listening to the soothing sounds of waves.

Fear not, I run an honest small rental service and you can deal with me in confidence. Please be aware some construction is going on in the entire area due to hurricane Ian impact, including our complex. Noise is minimal but might be disturbing to some. Must have positive reviews and be over 25 to rent from us.

Enjoy the fire pit on any cold nights. Relax in the heated pool and hot tub or enjoy the patio which is screened in and includes a BBQ and relaxing seating. This really is a fantastic location, close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Small dog ok with pet fee.

Welcome to Imperial Shores and the beaches of Bonita Springs and southwest Florida. This 2023 BRAND NEW home includes a Master Suite with a king bed and 3 more bedrooms with queen beds. There are three full bathrooms. Barefoot Beach is a mile away. The backyard offers a 3'-6' deep, 12' W x 37' L heated pool, patio furniture and BBQ grill. Less than 30 mins away from RSW (Airport), 10 mins from Coconut Point Mall, and 25 mins from downtown Naples.
