Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Located on a quiet street surrounded by large live oaks, our cozy house is a few minutes away from a coffeeshop, Walmart, and many other restaurants and businesses. Let us make it feel like home! We offer fresh roasted coffee and a kitchen stocked with utensils, as well as a washer & dryer. Relax on a rocking chair on the back porch when you arrive and unwind! 3/4 Acre on Keller Bay! Lighted private fishing pier with green lights, and beautiful sunset views! Private get away big enough for the whole family! House has Wi-Fi, and TV apps to catch the game or watch a movie. Great fishing, great duck hunting! Newly remodeled home with all the fixings. Garage to store your all equipment during your stay. Washer/Dryer, Minutes from boat launch and public park. 10-15 minutes to Port Lavaca. Typically 3'-4' deep at end of pier year around. (Pending Weather)

Cotton's Cabin

Come get away in our cozy log cabin in a quiet country setting. Cotton's Cabin sits on an 80 acre homestead. There are 2 ponds that guest will have access to, sit on the back porch in the evenings and listen to the frogs and watch the sunset. There are 3 bedrooms all of which are upstairs. All bedrooms have a queen sized bed with one additional pull out sofa bed. Just 20 mins from the Brazos Bend State park, 30 mins from Skydive Spaceland, 45 mins from Downtown Houston and Matagorda beach.

Sleep up to 6 in this beautiful, super clean, 2 BD, 2.5 BA house just ten steps from the CO River and a quick 3-min drive to Matagorda Beach. Bring your flip flops, beach towel, and favorite book to relax on one of 2 decks...or bring your fishing gear and catch large fish right off the dock. You can even clean your fish right there and grill them on the BBQ grill! Bring your boat or kayak and push off from the dock. Make great memories with the entire family in the slow-paced sea town!
