Lots of outdoor space around the pool, on the new boat dock as well as an upper level outdoor breakfast area that can be fully opened up to both main bedrooms via the oversized sliding glass doors to each bedroom. Also includes an elevator!

Our island getaway property is located on the northern end of Pine Island (off of FT Myers/ Cape Coral) in the quiet community of Bokeelia FL. We are perfectly located in a neighborhood of canals right down from Jug Creek Marina and are set up for retired couples, families, or fishing buddies

This 2 bed 2 bath home sleeps 4 comfortably and there are extra air mattresses. The decor is modern and the home has an old Florida style. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. There are 4 older bikes, a single and tandem kayaks. Live music and food are at the end of the street at Jug Creek. Bokeelia is known for its boating, fishing, kayaking and biking. Relax on either of the two decks or patio or hit the water for some fun. The boat ramp and kayak access are both very close.

Our beautiful cottage boasts a outdoor hot tub and shower, screened in porch, grill, and kayaks with a kayak launch right on the dock. Docking is on us, with a new dock & 10k pound boat lift available April-December.

Located on a quiet canal, the property offers direct access to Charlotte Harbor within minutes, making it easy to reach open water for fishing, boating, and exploring. Our private boathouse and lift are currently occupied, but guests who rent a boat are welcome to tie up at the dock.

Guest will have access to the entire house including the lanai, patio, boat dock, boat ramp and parking.
