Look at the stars at night,listen to birds during the day and take it easy at this unique,pet friendly place. The Tired Beagle is a repurposed Dog Grooming business. There is a Q-bed and Futon Bed with a thick foam pad to place on top. Dog wash is available for pets. Located on a working farm in the country,yet a couple miles from Ohio University,there are 40 acres for nature walks,easy access to town and local wineries. The Tired Beagle has ample parking, located next to road for quick access.

Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Ohio River Cottage

This is an Ohio River front private cottage on 7 acres . This cottage has a bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower, large screened deck and a separate outer deck. There is also a grill on deck. This is a great place to escape from stress and just relax! This cottage has WiFi and a 55 inch flat screen satellite TV. Enjoy the river views and watch the wild life . Easy accessibility to the local shopping , Hospitals and Restaurants 10-15 minutes. Pet friendly with a small fee

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Great and quiet home in beautiful Marietta, within a 10-minute drive to the historical downtown of Marietta. Great for family vacations and visitors, we have everything ready, just enjoy your time in Marietta. In a 5-minute drive, you can get to Lookout Point, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Marietta, Lookout Park has a basketball and tennis court, and also a playground for kids. All bedrooms are with queen-sized beds.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. busline runs one block over. Service stations a few blocks down, shopping located either way you go. Hospital 5 minutes away. City Park 5 minutes away. no pets, emotional or ada compliant. I'm allergic to pets and I have to clean units. sorry for inconvenience.

Renner Cabin- 2 bedrooms with hot tub & sauna

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years. Chessie System Yellow Train Caboose & Amazing View

Completely remodeled C&O train caboose with a large deck and an amazing view looking over the Ohio river and West Virginia. A full size Murphy bed, original writing desk, the dining table is an old sleeper bed turned upside down and all the lights are original out of Pullman train cars No smoking inside the caboose. Thanks
