A custom built home located just off scenic highway 30A and just a short (easy walk) to the beach access at Blue Mountain Beach which includes parking for bikes and cars. From the house you can easily walk, drive or bike to the beach (several bikes are included with your rental). The Blue Mountain Beach access also has restroom facilities for your convenience while at the beach. '30A Beach House' is close to Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton Beach. The pool is just a short walk from the house.

We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
