Sunny Waterfront Home Overlooking Blueberry Field

5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. The house has two bedrooms and baths on the main level and an two additional bedrooms, bathroom, and living space downstairs.

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

Tide Watch is close to art, culture, parks, Curtis Cove Beach, salt water bay in the backyard, Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, friendly people, kayaking, boating, hiking, biking, outdoor activities, and lobster! You’ll love it because of the views, the people, the location, and the fresh air and natural beauty surrounding you. It's a very relaxing place close to lots of outdoor activities, shopping, and restaurants. It's good for couples, families or anyone who wants to just get away.

Blue Heron, recently renovated with modern amenities, is conveniently located near local art, culture, restaurants, and fine dining. Its beautiful Burnt Cove sunsets, peaceful private settings, and natural ambiance make it a favorite among couples, solo adventurers, and families. The spacious front lawn offers ample space for relaxation. Just a short walk away, you can enjoy a lobster bake on the shore, launch your kayak in the backyard, or explore the local shops within a mile’s reach.

Near Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Deer Isle/Stonington! 40 m to Bangor Airport. Fab in-town location. Popular Bucklyn Coffee is on property, and outdoor seating is shared in the garden area in front of the house during business hours. Walk to restaurants, galleries, shops & waterfront park. An active village location on a well-traveled road, so guests should expect some street noise. Comfortable for an individual, family or couples. Your well-behaved pet is welcome for a $75 fee!
