Breakfast provisions are provided including bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, a selection of cereals and jams. There is also a second house at Briar Lane which houses Suites 1 and 2. It is separated from the main homestead by the rose garden.

"The Crib" is a stand alone unit in a quiet cul-de-sac in Riverside, it shares a 1400 sq mt internal block with the main house. It has great views overlooking the Tamar River and Launceston.
