The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Cà dal Nos, nella bella località di Olivone in Valle di Blenio. Luogo ideale per trascorrere alcuni giorni di vacanza in famiglia a diretto contatto con la natura. La casa si trova in un luogo centrale e facilmente accessibile, a pochi metri da negozi e ristoranti. Spazi esterni molto tranquilli ed ideali per famiglie con bambini di ogni età (parchi giochi, piscina, boschi e fattorie direttamente accessibili in piena sicurezza). L’attico di charme, con magnifica vista sulle montagne circostanti e in particolare sulla montagna più alta del Ticino (Adula 3402 m s.l.m.) è situato all’ultimo piano di una antica casa ticinese sapientemente restaurata nel 2022 (Cà Nizza) in quel di Marolta, in Valle di Blenio. Il luogo offre la possibilità di un soggiorno rilassante e rigenerante in un cosiddetto “luogo energetico” a contatto con la natura e le tradizioni di una delle valli più affascinanti del Sud delle Alpi.
