Situated in the garden of our home, overlooking a beautiful mature willow, guests will find parking beside the garage leading to a private doorway with stairs up to the Studio.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

Enjoy the West Country air in this recently renovated two bedroom cottage. Ideally located between Wells, Cheddar & Glastonbury, with lots of walking & cycling trails, there’s plenty to see and do in this tranquil spot. Or, take the time to unwind and make yourself at home indoors by the wood-burner and in the spacious outdoor seating area with views of a traditional Somerset orchard. Opportunity to meet our gorgeous pet sheep during your stay 🐑 Suitable for adults and older children

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Piggery at Cradlebridge Farm

We are pleased to offer our refurbished conversion which in its previous life was an open barn, pig sty and engine house. It has been updated to provide a comfortable setting suitable for a relaxing getaway. Guests have their own entrance hall, large sitting room with wood burner, snug, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Spacious bedroom with shower room. There is a private outside seating area and garden, but you may choose to explore the open countryside which is all around.

Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

A revolutionary home cinema experience built from a passion for films and sound. If you think your local cinema is good then boy have I got a treat for you! You get the full immersive surround sound 'reference' (top of the range) system, full gaming experience including PS4, Disney+, Netflix, Spotify, Youtube, Sky to browse to your hearts content, your own personal garden with a BBQ, a super king size sleigh bed, your own luxurious shower, slipper bath, and toilet.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

The Coach House

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location in beautiful Somerset. The Coach House is a recently converted barn located in the quiet hamlet of Burcott just a mile from the Cathedral City of Wells, at the foot of the Mendip Hills. It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.

Haystore, Luxury Railway Carriage with Hot Tub

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located in a private garden on our family farm on the Somerset levels. The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards
