The attic is on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a charming old house in the hip Gundeldinger Quarter and is well connected by public transport. Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a living room with a sofa, a workspace and a chill corner, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom faces the garden, the other one towards the street.
