Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer, einen Essbereich mit Küchenzeile und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Highlight ist die Sonnenterasse (18 m2) mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN. Über das Grundstück sind es nur wenige Schritte zum eigenen Meerzugang.

Zavalatica is in the middle od the island, Korčula is 25 km away and Vela Luka 20 km. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and fishing. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Apartman se nalazi na otoku Korčula, u mirnoj uvali Kurija sa savršenim pogledom na more, obližnje otočiće i posebno na otok Hvar. Na par koraka od mora pronađite sve što vam treba za odmor. Restorani i trgovina se nalaze na 1,5 km udaljenosti što je super za sve koji preferiraju aktivni odmor. Sve ostalo mozete nac na 5 min voznje autom u mjestu Blato. Do trajektne luke Vela luka ima 13km a do trajektne luke Dominče 40km.

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
