Cozy cottage with a private dock and amazing sunset views of beautiful Black Lake, which is known as a Fisherman's Paradise! Relax and enjoy lake living using the included kayaks or visit the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the screened in porch, new propane grill, washer/dryer, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

With 16 acres of backyard, the perfect blend of recreation and friendship, relaxation and discovery. There is a 265 feet private beach. The house has been totally renovated with a modern kitchen, the bright sun room. There are four bed rooms and six beds. Come to enjoy the magnificent view of St. Lawrence River. We provide weekly clean and change sheets for long term guests.

Kitchen, and dining room inside along a bathroom that has a washer and dryer. Access to the river, a dock, amazing fishing off the dock or from Kayak's, paddle boards, a canoe and row boat available. Big yard for outdoor fun, trails to hike on, fire pit at night, fun for everyone!

Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Rossie Rest

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.
