Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

Relax and enjoy lake living using the included kayaks or visit the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the new propane grill, washer/dryer, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Come to The Lake House Loft for a relaxing visit!

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.
