Large Vega Lake Colorado Real Log Cabin

Open year round, this spectacular 5300+ sq ft log cabin/lodge is a 1-hr drive from Grand Junction Airport. Nestled in an aspen grove overlooking Vega Lake, the cabin sleeps 17 people (kids included) and parks up to 8 vehicles. Wildlife abounds and the lake is full of trout (some up to 5 lbs). Outdoor equipment is offered free of charge (see list below) to enhance your stay. An expansive covered deck has a propane grill for BBQs and there is an outdoor fire pit for fireside evenings.

The McClure House - A Cowboy cabin in the woods.

This very charming two-bedroom, two-bath Guest house is located on one of the most scenic by-ways in the State of Colorado and is quaint from head to toe! The Hummingbirds are incredible. They migrate here from South America to breed in the summer. The wildlife is abundant. There are deer, elk, foxes, etc. The views are amazing and all the other gifts shared with us by Mother Nature are breathtaking. This property was used as a very successful Bed and Breakfast from 1994 to 2003.

Our new wifi has been reliable. We can add 1 full size bed for $20 with advance notice. 2 night minimum stay for holiday weekends. Pet fees are $15 per pet per night to be paid on arrival, no pets on furniture, must be leashed, picked up after and not left unattended in cabins unless crated.
