We’re on hand if you need anything as the Lake House is a self contained annexe next to our home.

The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

The Garden Room is situated in historic Bournville, home to Cadburys. It offers self-contained accommodation comprising a double bed, seating area, kitchenette, en-suite shower room, free wifi, smart TV, outside table and chairs, and parking.
