The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Historic 16th Century thatched cottage, Hampshire

Right in the middle of Jane Austen country, this famous chocolate box 16th Century Grade II listed cottage, the oldest house in the village, is chocca-block full of history. Built in 1882, our lovely cottage is a former coastguard cottage located in a row of 14 made of a number of holiday homes and permanent homes to local families. The inside of the cottage is very well appointed and very cozy. The west facing garden deck provides a good size outdoor area to sit and take in the fantastic views of Cowes harbour, the Solent beyond and the amazing sunsets. You will have access to a dedicated off street parking space.
