Enjoy the prom walk through to Margate or catch the train to easily explore the other towns in Thanet. Remember to head to West Bay for the absolutely stunning sunset before a great nights sleep!

A couples retreat or friends/family getaway for up to 7 guests be it a summer beach holiday or winter walks & relaxing in front of the fire. Blue Flag beach St. Mildred's Bay is 300 metres from the door, explore the Westgate High St shops, Margate Old Town, tennis at the nearby courts or enjoy the sun and a BBQ on the private patio. The Flint Barn at Quex Park Estate

Beautifully restored Kentish Barn, with a private hot tub! Situated in the heart of the historic Quex Park Estate, this traditional flint barn has been lovingly restored to create a beautiful 3 bed holiday cottage surrounded by stunning Parkland. At the front of the property is private parking and a large space to enjoy the sun. Go through the gate and you are in the Garden of Quex Barn Farmers Market, where you can enjoy a our own coffee, a beer or grab a steak to BBQ from our butchery.

2 Bedroom Minnis Bay beach apartment

Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

Birchington Chalet

Birchington chalet is 5 minutes walk to the sea or the railway station and the village centre, where you will find all amenities . You’ll love our chalet, it is comfortable airy, has a large walk in shower,a self contained kitchen and secure parking. It is a short walk to Minnis Bay where you can enjoy beach life, then good food and wine while you watch the stunning sunset at The Minnis. We welcome couples, singles, business travellers, cyclists, watersport enthusiasts walkers.
