The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

A 15-minute walk from Sóller and next to Biniaraix, it offers direct access to hiking and cycling routes through the Serra de Tramuntana. A haven of calm in the heart of nature.

El centro de Sóller, así como el principal supermercado están a menos de diez minutos caminando. El puerto de Sóller, con una gran variedad de restaurantes, se encuentra a 5min en coche.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
