Our house is one of the most unique houses in Queensland. Located on Bedarra Island,one of only seven houses. It is achitect designed to blend with the island landscape. It is built around the natural rock features of the island and is nestled in the tropical rainforest. The house is north facing with spectacular views of the Coral Sea and the neighbouring islands. The property is entirely off-grid and is situated in a wildlife hotspot, with 100 acres of wet tropics rainforest connected to the World Heritage listed Maalan National Park. Mammals include Tree kangaroos and Herbert River and Green Ringtail Possums.

Mission Beach Farmstay

Daily rate is for a couple using the king bedroom. If you want to use an extra bedroom, it is $30 per person per night. Book at the extra person rate. Modern cottage in traditional Queenslander style, just a few minutes drive to the beach, to cafes, restaurants and retail shops. Relax on our organic fruit farm with stunning views to world heritage rainforest. There are little touches to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Plenty of room for families.

Heliconia Grove

Heliconia Grove is a beach cottage with plenty to offer, only two streets back from the beach front. Enjoy the outdoor bath with an evening wine or a morning coffee. The large yard is fully fenced and safe for all the family to enjoy including your furry friends. Only a short 10-min drive to Woolworths, local bars and cafes. If you want the full Island experience, be sure to catch the 20min ferry transfer from Clump Point to Dunk Island.

Just a 100 meter stroll to beautiful South Mission Beach and close access to coastal walking tracks and rainforest trails. Our simple, comfy retro shack has everything you need for a chilled out beachside stay. You can even bring your boat, there's plenty of room for a boat trailer on our block and river and beach boat ramps close by.
