Minpaku Abashiri no Ie is a private house just a 10-minute walk from Kitahama Station, near Lake Tofutsu, a Ramsar wetland known for birdwatching. The entire house is yours and accommodates up to 7 guests. Families with young children are welcome. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available for remote work and longer stays. Conveniently located for exploring Abashiri and Shiretoko by car or motorcycle. We also run a local farm and welcome guests interested in Hokkaido’s rural life.

A beautiful house families and groups of friends

This is a beautiful one-story house located in the center of Shari Town, right next to Shiretoko Shari Station. There are two Western-style rooms and one Japanese-style room. It is equipped with a washer/dryer, an air conditioner with sterilization function, and a hypochlorous acid sterilizer. We have also set up a working space, so it is an environment where you can stay for a long time while working. In August 2024, we installed air conditioners in the bedrooms!
