Set on 7 acres and just a 4 minute drive to Lake Albert and a 15 minute drive to CBD of Wagga Wagga. The property boasts beautiful gardens with plenty of fur babies too love. This cozy granny flat is located at the rear of our family home. We are probably not well suited for infants under 2 as we have a shared backyard with a pond. We have a very social dog Rosie the staffy.
