One queen size bed in the loft and a full-size pull out sofa sleeper. 4 seasons firepit out back. A propane grill is also available in the firepit area. This is the perfect place to relax and sit around the campfire, but also with the perks of high speed internet. The small town of Fairview is only two miles away to stock up on supplies. We are also close to the AuSable river for tubing or fishing, golf courses, and Hoist Lake foot trails. All dirt bikes and all ORV vehicles must trailer in and out and not be driven on the property!

The property is bordering the Huron national Forest with plenty of hiking trails throughout. We are directly across the street from an ORV Trail head. This is a perfect location for UTV, ATV and, snowmobiling. The cabin is equipped with AC, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. Plus a bon-fire pit. W/ cooking grate.
