We provide daily towel service and breakfast from 8:30-9:30am.

Texas Grounds Coffee Co. Bed and Breakfast

Nestled in the heart of Old Town Helotes, our 107-year old house is home to our beautiful bed and breakfast upstairs and our incredible coffee shop downstairs! The space is the entire second floor! With tons of natural light, feel free to people watch from the sunroom, or snuggle in the cozy living room! Enjoy the double-headed shower! Delicious smells of pastries and coffee roasting on site tempt you into the shop early! Check out the surrounding antique shops, clothing boutiques and more!

Riverwalk King Suite with whirlpool tub & pool

This large and luxurious suite is located on the first floor of the Oge House, a historic mansion located in Downtown San Antonio's King William Historic District and right on the Riverwalk. The bathroom is done in polished granite with a large double whirlpool tub and separate shower. It has its own private entrance, so there is no need to enter any shared space to enter and exit the room. Guests also have access to our pool and heated spa directly across the street at our Carriage House.

Queen room in the Oge House, our award-winning San Antonio bed and breakfast set on 1.5 acres overlooking the famous Riverwalk. This listing is for a standard queen room (Steves or Newton Mitchell rooms). An in-room continental breakfast is available, and may be added for an additional charge. Contact us for availability.

Cypress Room at the Comal Inn

Cypress Room is a private one-room cottage with king bed, soft cotton sheets, ceiling fan, wood floors, and a full size sofa/sleeper. Private bathroom has tile floor, sink, toilet, tub/shower/jacuzzi tub. Private entrance off of a private porch.

San Jose Suite - Inn on the Riverwalk

San Juan Suite is located on the 1st floor inside our Cottage House. This suite has a King size bed, a private entrance, private bathroom with a spa Jacuzzi tub/ shower combo, a fireplace and a shared wrap around porch overlooking the Riverwalk.
