Bachelor apartment

You'll have a great time at this comfortable bachelor apartment outside of smiths falls. You have a full kitchen, 3 piece bathroom, 42” TV, new couch. You can practice your putting on the putting green outside the store. The apartment is set at 21 degrees and there is 3 units upstairs. You are not able to change the temperature it stays at 21 degrees. Hope this is not a issue can always supply a heater if needed. The building is off of highway 43. Patio & BBQ. Play pen available upon ask

Tucked in the 100 acre wood behind the Balderson Blueberries farm & u-pick, this cozy retreat has no electricity and is a place for peace and solitude, where you can unplug from the noise and take a breather. Suitable for singles or couples; this space is not child safe and ALL guests must be 20+. Minimum two night stay.

Welcome to the historical Perth area. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our rural setting, close to amenities but surrounded by the sounds of the countryside. Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. HST included in our pricing.

Cabin in the Woods

This quiet, off-grid retreat will allow you to escape the hustle and bustle, recharge, and immerse yourself in the sounds of nature. The 440 m walk to the cabin through the woods will enable you to decompress before you arrive. There's a cleared hiking or snowshoe trail for you to enjoy that goes beyond the cabin. The cabin lacks running water and electricity. We will provide water, lanterns, wood, and a small generator/battery to charge your phone and lanterns during your stay.

Escape to the Forest Hideaway, a charming off-grid tiny house with wood stove, great for adventure! No need to disconnect - we’ve got WIFI! The loft offers a queen bed accessible by ladder, with the deck just outside the door to relax. Featuring a composting toilet and a counter area with coffee and tea. With provided water (no running water,) BBQ, camp stove, a cooler, and battery packs for cell and laptop (USB-C) charging, this tiny retreat offers you a cute forest getaway!

"Quinn’s Guesthouse" Private 2 Bedroom apartment

This is a totally private, self contained apartment with full kitchen. The house is a heritage property in historic Perth, Ontario. It's location is steps from the downtown area and the beautiful Stewart Park. The kitchen is brand new as are the 2 queen size beds. The apartment is air conditioned, has wifi and cable tv with (Netflix etc). You will have the entire upstairs apartment with private entrance. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included. Very cozy and quiet.

Lyncreek Cottage is open year round. it sits on private property on Lyndhurst river in Lyndhurst, Ontario. Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.
