Views of Mt Diablo, bird and marine life galore plus lots of local bars on the water. Fully equipped 2 bed 2 bath open plan home is perfect for a family or small group of friends! Please note: there are stairs to get to main entry. Relax and enjoy!!

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Delta Gardens

In Spring, Enjoy the garden with a Sunflower forest that you walk through to go to the water! Delta Garden is great for fishing even without a boat. The dock has a houseboat for your convenience to kick back and relax while enjoying nature and catching bluegill, large mouth bass, striper, catfish and sometimes....salmon and sturgeon. Beautiful areas for kayaking. Also a slip for your boat. Large backyard for BBQ's and relaxing. Inside the home is a cozy fireplace to keep warm and relaxing.

Waterfront Home w 40x16 Berth

Waterfront deep water home on Bethel Island. This house is just a three minute boat ride to fast water to enjoy boating, water sports, fishing, or dining at a variety of waterfront restaurants. This comes with a 40x16 boat slip for your use. This has a very large lot with plenty of room for the kids to run and play or swim and fish right off the dock. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, two big screen smart TV’s, coffee maker, and a plush massage recliner that is heated. No pets. :)
