The "School House" is a 15 minute walk to the Westville Concert bowl, and the Yale Football stadium for an easy commute to a concert or game. RIGI HAUS is a hilltop retreat, overlooking Highland Pond and a 32 acre nature preserve. A large deck with sunchairs and 2 separate sitting areas overlooks the pond (during cold months) and is surrounded by greenery during warm months, for complete privacy. The open concept living room has high ceilings, a table for 6, and is centered around a circular fireplace. The room connects to a chef’s kitchen, with 8ft island, designer appliances, and Dekton countertops.

If you enjoy being in the countryside, a rustic atmosphere that’s not far away from necessities, then our place may be suitable for you. Our place is mostly suitable for professional travelers who need a longer term place to stay and that physically go to a workplace. We unfortunately cannot accommodate those who work full time remotely, it’s just not a comfortable fit for all on the property. There’s various hiking trails in the area if you are so inclined.
