Our waterfront home is located off Bayou Long where you can fish right in the back yard on it's own 40ft canal or take your boat out for the day. Accessible short drive or boat ride to Lake Verret, Grassy Lake & Lake Palourde and spend the day fishing, grabbing Daquiris at Spunky Monkey, eat at Gros Marine or just enjoying the day out on the boat w/ your family and friends. The space is an actual entire private suite: living room, hallway, bathroom, and bedroom. This space is all yours and NOT shared; it’s separated from my part of the house by two closed/locked doors. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a half bath. One room has a Queen/Twin bunk bed. One has a daybed with a trundle, allowing beds for 2/3 in each room. The 3rd bedroom is open for storage or an air matress can be used. There's a fish cleaning station and boat slip. Access to Belle River from the canal as well as fishing off the pier. Boat launch within 5 minutes of home.
