My other house has a 3 night minimum but I will revise. Granite countertops, TVs, estate grounds, fishing n boating dock 100' from house. Breathtaking views, quiet street, gated estate property, wonderful home. Sit on the dock or around the gas fire pit. Bring wood for other firepit (no wood in gas fireplace)

Lastly this is a lake front property, especially in the spring and summertime there can be a lot of flying insects.
