Relax with the family in our beautiful, 400-year old farmhouse in the South Hams in Devon. Now with logburner! We are 5 mins from Totnes, but in the countryside with plenty of space for kids to play in and with some lovely walks on our doorstep. The beach is 15 mins away and there is easy access to the South Hams, Dartmoor, Torquay & Paignton on the English Riviera. The Air BnB is part of our own house, but with a separate front & back door and doors separating your part of the house from ours.

Accommodation is comfortable log cabin style. Fully centrally heated to keep you cosy in the cooler months! 2 double bedrooms, shower room and open plan kitchen/living space, the perfect retreat. Outside is a grassy area for relaxing. A perfect place for your break away, with private parking!

Good pubs and cafes are within a few miles, and you can explore Elizabethan Totnes, maritime Dartmouth, the fishing village of Brixham or the dramatic tors on Dartmoor.

Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Rose Cabin Totnes Devon

Lovely wooden cabin at the bottom of garden, very close to river, with separate access via a side walk along the main house. 5 minutes walk from a diving platform for wild river swimming. Walk to Totnes high street in 15-20 minutes along main road, or take the 20-30 minute beautiful riverside walk. The house is very close to the cycle route to Dartington/Totnes. We are also only a 20 minute (uphill) walk to Dartington Hall. Beaches 20 minutes drive away, Dartmoor national park 20 minute drive.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Dartmoor National Park and the beautifull South Hams coastline are within easy reach particularly if you have your own transport, and private off road parking is provided right outside.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

The self-contained cabin has a south-facing decking so you can sit with your morning coffee (fresh Italian supplied!) and let the day begin. Only 10 mins walk from town centre. It has a modern heating system and is cosy all year round due to the quality insulation. We supply tea, oat milk and sunshine (when available in Devon 🙂). 100% cotton bedding, towels & kitchen equipment supplied. There’s a perfect little kitchen area with all you need, bathroom and super reliable wifi.
