Wakeup to the sights and sounds of birds singing, sheep quietly grazing, Scottish Highland cattle calling and horses trotting on a quiet country morning. Expect to see deer grazing the property seemingly unaware of quite spectators as the sun starts to rise and burns off the morning dew. Our place is newly remodeled and ready for your stay.

The Bluebell Farmhouse

The Bluebell is a farmhouse located on the rolling hills of Dry Ridge Kentucky. It has a wonderful front and back yard especially great for children. It has a charming dining area with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a sunroom looking out into hay fields where deer and turkey regularly roam. There is a terrific front porch to watch the sunsets and peaceful meandering of the cows. Come out of the city lights and find some peace of mind under the stars. (8.6 miles from the Ark).

We are located 3 miles from The Ark Encounter, 2 blocks off main street, 44 miles from the Creation Museum, 40 miles to KY Horse Park, and 27 miles to KY Speedway. Enjoy the quiet shaded yard that backs up to a farm that has horses and a great view of the surrounding countryside. Relax and spend the evening around the outdoor fire pit. The Little White Cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families.

The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

Welcome to the Cottages at Oxford Springs Farm. Enjoy a quiet stay in the largest cottage of our 3 newly remodeled rental properties, all located on this beautiful, small working thoroughbred farm. Views from every window capture the beauty of the bluegrass. Conveniently located only 10 miles from the Ky Horse Park, 5 mi from the quaint historic town of Georgetown, and 30 minutes from some of Kentucky’s greatest bourbon distilleries. For wildcat fans, Rupp Arena is only 15 minutes away.

Built in 1954, stylish Bluegrass Cottage has been recently renovated and modernized for your comfort and is located 7 minutes from the Ark, and 37 minutes from the Creation Museum!  Centrally located - 2 minutes away from Walmart and multiple restaurants, but still has plenty of privacy with a privacy fenced back yard, and your own propane fire pit! You'll enjoy access through the back gate to the local park with a walking path around the lake, perfect for evening strolls!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Quittin' Time - Country Cabin at Hickory Holler

Come visit the beautiful countryside and stay in this adorable cabin right outside the city limits of Cynthiana, KY! Located on over 90 acres, this place has a million dollar view of a large pond and huge pasture fields. It's only a short 5 mile drive into town where there is an abundance of local restaurants and small downtown shops. Enjoy a campfire with the on-site fire pit or go for walk and do some exploring. Come enjoy a very peaceful and quiet getaway!

Tiny Home/Newly Renovated/5 miles to ARK

Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.
