Bright, newly-built studio with unobstructed ocean views of Spittal Pond Nature Reserve and the ocean. One-mile to South Shore beach (John Smith's Bay) and walking distance to grocery store. A bus stop is located directly outside this property, heading into Hamilton or the East End. There is a galley-style kitchen and outdoor table and chairs for two. It includes Wi-Fi, Netflix, washer and dryer, queen size bed and AC. While it is attached to a private residence, guests have their own entrance.

Encompassing over 1000 SF of interior space, this guest suite is completely private from the main house, occupying the entire first floor. Everything is new, a full reno was completed in 2017. It opens up to a pool (for guests' exclusive use during their stay) by way of a 300SF covered balcony with dining and deep seating. Think of this as the pool house, we do. The home features sweeping views of the great sound with a direct view of the sun creeping below the horizon in the evening.

We are steps away from Fourways Inn restaurant and a few further steps away from Four Star pizza takeout. 5 minute walk to the ferry stop that will take you to Hamilton or a 3 minute walk to the bus station that will take you to Hamilton or to Dockyard. Walking distance to grocery store and the railway trails that are a lovely walk.

The guest suite is a self-contained air-conditioned unit attached to a typical Bermuda built house that sits high on a hill with stunning views of the ocean and is a 5 minute walk (par 4 away) to the Port Royal Golf Course and a 15 minute walk to nearby Whale Bay. There is a pool for guests to enjoy at their leisure. The location is in a friendly neighborhood with public transport including bus (5-10 minute walk) and ferry (15 minute walk) nearby as well as a moped rental business.

Upper Apt w/ pool, short walk to town

Simple, chic, bright and airy. A private patio overlooking the pool deck and gorgeous island views. This second floor apartment is brand new and finished to a very high standard. Rent all 3 apartments to host your party of 6. The large studio has a 55" LED TV, AC and Wifi. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and all needed plates and cutlery. Transportation from the airport can be arranged.

Little Arches Studio close to town

The unit is within my house, is self-contained, and consists of a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has its own entrance via french doors onto the patio and garden. It has a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. It is air-conditioned, has WIFI and cable TV. Hamilton is only a five minute walk with shops and restaurants, bus station and ferry terminal. The central location makes it a convenient place from which to explore Bermuda.

Outside there is space to sit and relax after a long day of enjoying this beautiful island. Next door is a grocery store; rental bikes and Tizzies are available across the street. Hamilton is five minutes away by bus and the beaches and restaurants are even closer.
