Welcome to our beautiful beachside studio, the Ledges. It’s located on over an acre of property in the rustic west of Bermuda. Take strolls on our country road to the local farm. The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

Cozy & compact, this delightful 1 bedroom/2 story waterfront hideaway affords a panoramic view of the Little & Great Sounds. On the water (walk across the lawn and jump in) with a large dock suitable for swimming, snorkeling & spectacular sunsets. "Sea Breeze Mews" is only a 10 minute walk to picturesque Church Bay beach & a short bus ride to all the magnificent South Shore Beaches. Restaurants and award winning Golf courses are only a few minutes away. Public transportation right outside gate.

Pool house in a garden setting (+ EV chargers)

The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 minutes and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi. Located above Church Bay on beautiful South Shore (15 miles of the most beautiful coastline) sits a Modern, delightful studio full of luxuries. Features A/C, king size TEMPURPEDIC bed, Queen sofa-bed, 55" TV, WI-FI(fiber), KOHLER bubble-massage tub, full kitchen, granite countertops, washer/dryer, private patio, EV Car Charge Point/Outlets, Electric Fireplace, partial ocean view and in the unlikely event of power loss - full solar/battery backup and full generator backup if all else fails! .

Cozy Studio across from beach

This Cozy studio is located directly across from one of Bermudas most family friendly beaches. There is a large field with a walking track and an outdoor basketball court across the street, and bus stops are easily accessible. Eve's pond nature reserve is a two-minute walk away and you can get there along scenic walking trails. A mile away is Flatts Village which is home to restaurants, and the Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo. A mile in the opposite direction are restaurants and a large supermarket.

Take a step back in time for a refreshingly sophisticated island holiday at the Ledgelets Cottage Colony. The serene atmosphere instantly lulls you into a soothing, restful state of relaxation. Wake to the chirping birds, and fall asleep to the choral tree frogs. The refurbished cottage interiors and pool terrace have been created with a modern vintage, boho-luxe vibe. Little Arches Studio close to town

The unit is within my house, is self-contained, and consists of a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has its own entrance via french doors onto the patio and garden. It has a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. It is air-conditioned, has WIFI and cable TV. Hamilton is only a five minute walk with shops and restaurants, bus station and ferry terminal. The central location makes it a convenient place from which to explore Bermuda.

Relaxed Bermuda Cottage - 1 bedroom, sleeps 2

Cottage is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom and living / dining room as well as a private patio area. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop a similar distance. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (The Reefs and Henry VIII). It is literally a 3 minute walk to the Elbow Beach! Perfect for the honeymooner and traveller wanting privacy but centrally located in Paget, with all the local amenities to hand, the stand alone cottage has a fully kitted out kitchen BBQ ac wifi outdoor dining and electric car charger included. Bungalow 41 is a private studio pool cottage located in the heart of Paget and within walking distance of the city of Hamilton, Bermuda Botanical Gardens, Bermuda National Trust headquarters, Pomander Gate Tennis Club and Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club. Easy access to all bus routes and the main ferry terminal for those not wanting to rent a scooter or small electric car.
