Location offers easy access to Boston (35 miles east), Worcester (10 miles west) and easy highway access to Cape Cod, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island. Wooded trails out back lead to 300+ acre pond and Westborough Charm Bracelet trails. Sunny south-facing bedroom with adjoining private bath. Train to Boston is a 1/2 mile walk. Note that the bed frame in the photo broke, and the mattress (brand new) is on the floor. Guests have said it is very comfortable but it is lower than the photo.

There's radiant heat, polished concrete floors and a gas fireplace. The patio is perfect for morning coffee, chilling, grilling and cocktails at sunset. Linens provided.

We are renting out a bedroom in our modern colonial house in a convenient but quiet neighborhood of Hopkinton, MA. This is a large 9-acre plot with wooded area and lake access that provides a lot of peaceful natural environment and privacy. There is access to a 24-hour supermarket across the street, along with hip dining options. The location is only a few-minute-drive to access the I-495 highway. Starbucks and Dunkin are within a mile from the house.

Help feed (if you wish) the sheep and see the horses and chickens. Enjoy the serene views and take in a sunrise or sunset or the stunning evening stars and moon on the back patio, stroll around the farm and hike our 1 mile nature walk. Convenient to local skiing & golfing.

Visit Nashoba Valley Winery (5 min away), get coffee at Harvard General Store (8 min), go apple-picking at a local orchard, or hike Vaughn Hill trails. *Our backyard wood-fired sauna is available by request at $20 per firing*
