Quiet sweet place with covered garden balcony

Peaceful, welcoming haven, on quiet leafy street. Walking distance to Trader Joe's and city swimming pool. Private entrance, covered balcony, overlooking garden. Two clean, light bedrooms (1 Q, 1 S) Bright living space with kitchenette. There is no sink in the kitchenette.... you can leave dirty dishes in a bus tub for me. I love kids, but this is not suitable for 2 and under. Desks in both bedrooms. No tv, yes wifi. This apt is part of my house, but the door between them is always locked.

We are kid and pet friendly and the house is equipped with everything you need for a great home away from home. We have high speed internet, cable TV, a dedicated work space, and 2 dining areas which can expand to seat a total of 12.
