Or, depending on traffic , a 30-minute drive to Napa Valley, a 45-minute drive to San Francisco, or a 10 minute drive to the Vallejo/SF ferry.

Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Only ten minutes to downtown district of historic Martinez with antique shops, restaurants and water front park. Nearby access to Briones Park and Mt. Wanda for hiking or biking. One mile to the John Muir National Historic site. Easy access to highways 4, 24, 680 and 80, Amtrak and BART.
