The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. We think you'll love staying here as much as we do especially if you're looking for a place with a home feeling rather than a holiday let. Location is also central for exploring the island, providing a great base for your holiday.

The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Cornwall Cottage has been loved by four generations of our family - we have many happy memories of holidays spent in the beautiful village of Seaview. The cottage is comfortable, cosy and child friendly, it is the perfect base for a seaside holiday - beaches, boating, biking, bucket and spade, crabbing, eating, exploring, fishing, pubbing, riding, stone skimming, swimming, sitting in the sun, ship spotting, shrimping and walking are some of the things we love to do when we are here.

Unique English Heritage Escape in *Bembridge* IOW

'The Annexe' forms part of the main residence built on the old parade ground of Steyne Wood Battery. The Battery was built on the eastern coastline of the Isle of Wight and became a scheduled monument in 2015, being one of the best surviving Victorian Batteries and, as such, all the bomb proof shelters, ammunition stores, gun positions and defensive structures in the surrounding grounds remain intact. The grounds around the property provide a peaceful escape in beautiful surrounds.
