Very close to I29 and I80, Iowa West Field House/Sports Plex, Iowa Western, Creighton, Henry Doorly Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, Old Market, CHI Center, and so much more.

While centrally located, this area of town is very safe and easy to get to. Within 3 miles of Interstate 80, this location allows you to get any where in the Omaha area within 20 minutes maximum.
