The white sandy beach is at your doorstep and the Coral Reef which is the second largest in the world is only half a mile away where you can have the best snorkeling. The famous Secret Beach is in our backyard(15mins away on Golfcart) and town is about 30mins away. The place is perfect to relax, its small, quaint and quiet and It gives you that feeling of living on the beach on a Caribbean Island.

This impressive 680 sq ft apartment, on the second floor, located right in the center of Orange Walk Town, has a plush King size bed with air conditioning in the bed room, the queen inflatable bed allows for up to 4 guests to stay in this apartment that has a kitchen made for regular cooking and a dining room area for up to 7, right next to it, the living room which has a Smart TV which is Connected to the apartments Wifi. One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

The Moroton area of San Ignacio is a mix between commercial and residential area. We are a very progressive bunch, and welcoming to everyone. We accept all guests. The home sits beside St. Andrews Anglican School and is an extremely safe area, excellent for a family or couple who wants to walk around town.
