We are located in a beautiful, quiet suburb 20 mins from Perth CBD and a short walk to Edith Cowan University, Yellagonga Regional Park and Joondalup CBD. This space is ideal for a couple or small family. Quaint home and away from home in the Perth northern beach suburb of Padbury, 15 minute drive/train ride to the CBD and 3kms from Hillarys Boat Harbor. Beautiful family home in a lovely garden setting.I also live in the same street as the house should there be any problems.
