The guesthouse is in a high-end, quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of LA's Westside. Extremely safe and with ample street parking, it's in walking distance to malls, shops, and restaurants. Ample parking right on the street. Minimal restrictions (street cleaning once a week per side of road). Lots of bus lines within 5-10 minutes walking that can get you to anywhere in LA. About 20 minutes walk to the metro station (light rail to the beach & to downtown). Lots of Ubers within 5 minutes around the clock. This guesthouse is cosy, it is not large (the pictures that were taken by a gifted Airbnb photographer make it look larger than it is.) It is a great space for a couple, and while it can fit up to 5 people, it is a very tight space for 5 adults. It seems to work well for families with kids that want an affordable place to stay in LA, or for 3-5 young people who do not mind crowded accomodation.

Cozy 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment

Quiet, comfortable 1 bedroom with private bathroom, living room, kitchen and private balcony. My little cat MauMau lives here. She is approx. 6 1/2 years old. Please don't ask me to remove my cat. She is a rescue and this is her apartment. I will come by 2 times a day to take care of her. I will respect your privacy but please understand I will come by. 1 block away from Santa Monica for short or longer stays. fans, heater, WIFI, coin washer/dryer in the building, easy access to city and beach.

Located in Westwood Village, walking distance to MANY restaurants, shops, convenient stores, grocery stores and theaters. Also short walk to UCLA

Topanga Cabin Reverie - Amazing Views

Amazing free standing cabin tucked away between the trees with views of surrounding hills. Enjoy the wood burning stove over a complimentary bottle of wine. Take an outside bath (private) and relax in our new barrel steam sauna (private), or watch a movie on the couch. Come with the kids or your furry friends and take them on a long hike right outside the cabin doors with wild peacocks roaming the grounds. Book a private massage on premises or do yoga on the patio. The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.
