The apartment was fully renovated in 2025 and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and all basic kitchen equipment. For your convenience, there is also air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a safe. Private free parking is available, as well as a large garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the peaceful Karst surroundings.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with an easy access. V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!

L’appartamento S&A House si trova a Bagnoli della Rosandra, paese all’imbocco della Riserva della Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice, a pochi chilometri da Trieste, a ridosso del confine con la Slovenia. Grazie al suo ricchissimo patrimonio naturalistico la Val Rosandra, con il suo corso d'acqua superficiale unico del Carso triestino, il Torrente Glinščica e alla cascata di circa 40m è sempre stata meta di escursionisti e rocciatori.

La nostra casa si trova in un borgo originario nelle immediate vicinanze all'ospedale di Cattinara, 5 minuti dall'università ed a 10 minuti dal centro (zona fornita da autobus n. 35). Nelle vicinanze si trova una bella pista ciclabile. La vicina autostrada vi porta sull'altipiano carsico triestino e in Slovenia. La nostra casetta è stata recentemente ristrutturata per ospitarvi ed accogliervi. E' adatta alle famiglie.
