NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC.

We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.
