Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Nature lovers will delight in frequent visits from Fox, deer, squirrel, and many species of birds. We have board games, card games, puzzles for every level, and books for all ages.
