Inside, the bones of the barn are present. From beams and rafters on the main level to the tall, gable barn ceiling. Just imagine all the different ways the barn had been used over time.

Fire pit with seating and complimentary firewood to enhance your outdoor experience. The main living area is open-concept, with the kitchen leading into a dining and living room. The upstairs and downstairs living room has gas fireplace. The home offers five bedrooms, including two with king-sized beds, and accommodates up to 14 guests.

Get ready for summer in a quiet relaxing lakefront location. Experience a quiet peaceful retreat year around on Beaver Dam. Summer and shoulder season includes the use of 3 kayaks, canoe and 3 paddle boats. 20' dock for fishing or swimming. New deck with great lake view and pellet grill. The beds consist of 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins and 1 rollaway for a total of 8 allowable guests. No add'l bedding/sleeping bags or airbeds are allowed for extra guests due to septic limitations.

A private locked entrance opens up to a sunny space with great views of a wetland beyond the backyard. Private patio to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise. A great place to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty! We have binoculars if you love bird watching, and bikes to ride or hike the Glacial Drumlin Trail just 0.1 mile from the front door.
